"Everything and all the facilities are very nice. Overall, it is a well-maintained and perfect place. However, I would like to highlight one concern regarding the Ground Floor ladies’ washroom. The housekeeping staff’s behaviour and tone while communicating with the public were not appropriate. She did not seem properly trained on how to deal with visitors, especially in situations involving kids. I hope the management will look into this and provide proper training so that the overall experience remains positive for everyone."
